Payment
Accepted methods of payment include cash, card and BACS.
Full payment is required ON THE DAY OF TREATMENT unless previously arranged.
If you would like to claim through your insurance company for physiotherapy treatment, please be advised that payment will be taken on the day of the treatment and then I will provide receipts for you to send to your insurance company.
Discounts
Discounts are avaliable for 3 or more horses or dogs treated on the same premises.
After booking your appointment, I will contact your veterinary surgeon for consent to treat. This procedure is part of The Veterinary Surgery (Exemption) Order 1962, which states "all physiotherapy treatment undertaken must be under veterinary referral".
NEVER let anyone treat your animals without veterinary consent.
