Alison Marks BSc (Hons), Dip A Phys, Cert HSA, Equine Massage Therapist, RAMP
Alison successfully gained a BSc (Hons) degree from Aberystwyth University taking particular interest in equine anatomy and performance. She then went on to work with horses in America and South Africa before studying a Post Graduate Diploma in Animal Physiotherapy through The College of Animal Physiotherapy, qualifying with a Dip A Phys in 2015.
To further her practical skills and knowledge of the muscular system, Alison studied Equine Sports Massage Therapy and qualified as an Equine Sports Massage Therapist.
In September 2017 Alison qualified as a Canine Hydrotherapist.
As well as running her own business, Alison works with Park View Vets as the Physiotherapist and Topline Hydrotherapy.
Outside of work Alison is a keen western rider, she also has a 10 year old retired MWD dog Tommy and an 18 month old rescue GSD cross Hagrid who love to go on adventures.
Alison also loves mantrailing with her working dog Hagrid.
Alison works as a freelance, mobile physio to ensure maximum flexibility, and comfort for the client.
Areas covered include Lincolnshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, North Somerset and some areas of Monmouthshire.
Alison is fully qualified, insured and accredited by RAMP (Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners) gold standard. She is passionate about her work and the welfare and well being of all of her clients, little and large.
